My name is Laura DeNobriga, a lifetime Fraser Valley local and RE/MAX real estate agent of 10+ years.

 

For many, purchasing a property in the Fraser Valley means setting up a family home, a business, and perhaps even a recreational property.

Throughout my 10+ year career, I have become a specialist in representing buyers and sellers in the transaction of family homes, luxury, and investment properties. I aim to provide a minimal-stress process so that you can relax and enjoy the experience.

I value continual professional education so that I can provide you with clear and concise real estate-related advice in the following: sales; marketing; negotiation and contract law. I am a graduate of The Luxury Home Marketing Course and have recently added commercial real estate to my offered services.

It is important for me to give back to my community. As the current Langley Lion’s Housing Society President, I am a true advocate for community involvement. I have also served as a Langley Lion’s Club past President, member, and zone chairperson.

 

Additionally, I began fundraising for the Children's Miracle Network Hospital Foundation in 2019. Volunteering has gained me an even closer connection to the Fraser Valley and the wonderful community. Charity truly does start at home! As a family-orientated agent, it is my pleasure to have helped multiple generations of families start and grow their estates and I look forward to being of service to you and your family for many years to come.
